Privacy Policy
DarkMuse Labs (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Where you are located in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we also handle your information in accordance with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
What we collect
When you submit a booking enquiry: your name, email address, and any astrological or personal information you provide, including date of birth, place of birth, birth time, and the question you are asking.
When you purchase a spell sheet: your name, email address, billing country, and transaction details. We do not receive or store your full card details.
When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address and the page you subscribed from.
When you contact us directly: whatever you choose to tell us.
We collect only what is necessary to deliver the service you have requested.
How we use it
Your information is used to deliver your reading or your purchase, to respond to your enquiry, and to communicate with you about your order. If you have subscribed to the newsletter, we use your email address to send you what you subscribed to, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
Third party services
We use the following services to operate the site and deliver our products. Each has its own privacy policy which applies to the data it processes.
- Payhip (United Kingdom) receives and processes spell sheet purchases, and delivers the files to buyers.
- PayPal processes payment for readings and for purchases made through Payhip.
- Formspree receives booking enquiry form submissions from this website and forwards them to our email.
- Google Forms collects intake details for readings booked through our Linktree, which is linked from Facebook and Instagram. This may include birth date, birth time and birth place.
- Supabase stores booking records, newsletter subscriptions and site content.
- Vercel hosts this website.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact info@darkmuselabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Terms of Use
By using this website and the products and services offered by DarkMuse Labs, you agree to the following.
What we provide
Readings. Traditional astrology readings, timing work, palmistry and related services, delivered by written report to the email address you provide. Turnaround times are confirmed at the time of booking.
Spell sheets. Printable digital working sheets, delivered as PDF files. The sheets carry the sigil and words of power for one working. They do not teach the method, which is set out in Astrological Magic.
The book. Astrological Magic is sold through Amazon. Amazon’s terms govern that purchase, not ours.
Booking and payment
Readings are booked by enquiry and confirmed on receipt of payment. Payment is processed by PayPal. A booking is not confirmed until payment is received.
Spell sheets are sold through Payhip and delivered immediately on payment. Prices are in United States dollars.
Refunds and returns
Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or under the consumer law of your own country.
Readings. Written readings are prepared individually for you. Once a reading has been delivered it is not refundable. If your reading has not yet been delivered and your circumstances have changed, contact info@darkmuselabs.com and we will discuss it with you.
Spell sheets. Spell sheets are digital files delivered immediately on purchase. Because delivery is immediate and the file cannot be returned, they are not refundable once downloaded, except where a refund is required by law.
If a file fails to download, arrives damaged, or is not the file you paid for, email info@darkmuselabs.com and we will replace it or refund it.
Buyers in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once download begins, provided you consented to immediate delivery at checkout and acknowledged that you were giving up the right to withdraw. If you did not give that consent, your 14 day right remains.
Kindle purchases. Refunds for the Kindle edition are handled by Amazon. Contact Amazon support directly for any technical issue with the file.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, imagery, design, the sigils, the spell sheets and the reading reports, is the intellectual property of DarkMuse Labs.
Spell sheets are licensed to you for your own personal use. You may print as many copies as you need for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish or reproduce them for anyone else, and you may not use them commercially.
Availability
We may decline or cancel a booking at our discretion. Where we cancel, we refund in full.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. This does not affect any right you have to bring a claim in your own country where the law of that country gives you that right.

Everything DarkMuse Labs provides is offered for guidance, reflection and entertainment.
Not professional advice
Astrology readings, geomancy, horary judgment, palmistry, the spell sheets, and the material in Astrological Magic do not constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological or any other form of licensed professional advice. Do not make a significant decision about your health, your money, your legal position or your safety on the basis of a reading or a working alone. Seek advice from someone qualified to give it.
No guarantee of outcome
Astrology is an interpretive discipline and magical practice is not a science. We make no representation or warranty that any reading, working or sheet will produce a particular result. Results vary and no specific outcome is promised or implied.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you decide and what you do. DarkMuse Labs accepts no liability for any outcome arising from how you interpret or act on anything we provide.
Age
Our products and services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this website.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DarkMuse Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, our products, or our services. Nothing in this clause limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
