The current
Al-Dhira takes its name from the two bright stars in the heads of the Gemini twins, which the Arabs saw as the extended foreleg of a great lion. The name means the forearm, specifically the forearm extended in supplication or offering. Castor carries the nature of Mercury and Pollux the nature of Mars: force directed through intelligence, expressed as the asking that receives.
This is the last station of the opening arc, and it completes the arc with the quality most needed after six stations of force, authority, abundance, opposition, intelligence and love. The seventh is where you stop pushing and start asking. The traditional image is a figure with hands extended to the sky. In this canon she is a queen at prayer, kneeling, her posture that of genuine supplication rather than performance.
It is one of the most auspicious stations in the cycle for material matters, and the tradition is unambiguous about it. Increase trade and profit. Travel safely. Restore friendship between allies. Go before those in authority and be well received. The current aligns effort with receptivity. What it will not carry is the demand dressed as a request. The hands extended have to mean it.
