Sa'd al-Su'ud
The Luckiest of the LuckyProvision arriving. The most fortunate station in the cycle.
Favoured
- Receiving. Being in a position for the good thing to land rather than chasing it.
- Growth accelerating in something that has been building slowly.
- Love that has been tested reaching settled abundance.
- A birth, a launch, a significant new phase prepared for by everything before it.
- Attracting support, once the vessel is genuinely prepared.
Resisted
- Taking more than the situation requires. The provision here is calibrated.
- Reaching past what has arrived, which disturbs the very thing that produced it.
- Mistaking abundance for permission. Enough is the instruction.

What the phase does to this station
Sa'd al-Su'ud is the most fortunate station in the cycle. The phase decides what arrives and how much of it.
New Moon
Prepare the vessel. What you set up privately now is what the provision fills later.
Waxing
The single strongest combination in the whole cycle. Grow, receive, begin the thing everything before it prepared for.
Full Moon
Abundance made visible. The birth, the launch, the arrival that deserves an audience.
Waning
Consolidate rather than reach. Tend what has already come, and let enough be enough.
The station sets the direction. The phase sets how much force to apply.A good phase will not rescue a station that resists what you are doing.
The current
Sa'd al-Su'ud takes its name from three stars extending from the tail of Capricorn to the shoulder of Aquarius. The name means the luckiest of the lucky, the most fortunate of the fortunate. After the difficulty and dissolution of Sa'd Bula, the twenty-fourth turns toward the abundance the whole cycle has been building toward. The hard passage of the twenty-third cleared the way, and what comes now is the fullness that only follows genuine clearing.
The traditional image is a woman breastfeeding a child. In this canon she is a queen nursing, her expression one of complete fulfilment. Not the strained satisfaction of someone doing what is required of them, but the deep, unhurried satisfaction of someone exactly where they are meant to be, doing exactly what the moment asks.
This is one of the most broadly auspicious stations in the cycle, and its fortune is specific rather than unlimited. It is calibrated to the situation. Trying to take more than the situation requires does not produce more, it disturbs the conditions that produced the provision in the first place. The instruction the station gives is the least fashionable one in the whole system: enough.
The natal current of provision
Sa'd al-Su'ud gives a current of good fortune, settled abundance and growth after preparation. Those born under it may carry a strong relationship to provision, attracting support when they have prepared the vessel. Love, family, birth and material growth may become recurring themes.
The gift is blessed arrival. They receive well when they do not overreach, and understand the difference between need and excess. The shadow is taking more than the provision requires.
A Natal Mansion Reading confirms your station from your birth chart, reads it against the condition of your Moon at birth, and gives you every date it returns over the next twelve months.
